At Desert Devils, our Team Gymnastics Program is built to guide passionate young athletes from early skill development to competitive success. With a focus on strong fundamentals, growth mindset, and team spirit, we offer a clear and supportive path for every gymnast.

Developmental Program

Hot Shots (Ages 4–6)
This invitation only pre-team group is where many of our future competitors begin. Athletes in Hot Shots focus on body shaping, strength, flexibility, and the foundational skills needed for high-level gymnastics. Most of our Level 3 competitive team gymnasts are proud Hot Shots graduates!

Superstars (Advanced Pre-Team)
Designed as the next step after Recreational Gymnastics, Superstars continues skill development while increasing training intensity and introducing more structured progressions. This group prepares athletes for the Xcel competitive track.

Competitive Program

Xcel Team
Our Xcel Program offers a more flexible competitive experience, allowing gymnasts to showcase their individuality while building confidence and teamwork. We currently offer Xcel divisions up to Xcel Diamond.

Junior Olympic (JO) Team – Levels 3 to 10
For gymnasts looking to commit to the traditional competitive track, the JO Team offers training and competition opportunities through Level 10. These athletes develop high-level skills, compete at USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets, and represent Desert Devils with pride and passion.​
